THE BRIEF
Make the plan feel like a place.
An empty apartment can leave buyers to work out the scale, furniture and use of each room for themselves. This project began with the floor plan and the need for a clear interior direction.
Our contribution
We developed an interior concept and a sequence of renderings connecting the entrance, kitchen, living room and bedroom. The furniture and material palette give the proposed spaces a consistent identity.
