Project Overview
Tequesta is a high-end interior visualization project developed for a luxury waterfront residence located on Brickell Key, Miami. The project was commissioned by Design Solutions Miami as a design visualization exercise to showcase the interior concept, materials, and spatial quality, rather than as a marketing asset.
Our scope focused on producing photorealistic CGIs to support the interior design process and client presentations. The images emphasize spatial flow, natural light, and material coherence across an open-plan living and dining area, with custom millwork, refined textures, and carefully calibrated lighting.
The goal of the visuals was to clearly communicate the design intent, atmosphere, and level of finish, allowing the interiors to be evaluated and experienced before execution.
Tools & Techniques
3ds Max for detailed modeling and rendering.
Corona for realistic lighting and material textures.
Adobe Photoshop for post-production enhancements.
